Situation 

PainCareLabs, an industry leader in non-invasive pain relief devices, needed help in two areas.  The first was developing a plan to acquire HCPCS/CPT codes, which would permit physicians to identify and include PainCareLabs products in their billing processes. The second was developing a strategic sales plan and overall management processes for one of its leading products.

A global risk solutions business required support in creating a path to organizational transformation from concept to implementation. A 150 year old, fully accredited private university located in the Southeastern region of the United States was faced with declining enrollment.  It requested assistance with developing a new enrollment process. Changing the trajectory of declining enrollment was a priority for the university.

Situation 

Founded in 2013, Obviously Social, was a social media start-up focused on delivering value to its clients through strategy, application development and community management services.  Given the fast-paced social media sector, technology changes and growing consumer needs, Obviously Social’s business model required change.
