John is a skilled Enterprise Service Architect with extensive expertise in Service Management. His experience includes defining company-wide Service Management strategic direction for organizations, including Abbvie, Boeing, State Farm Insurance, Ernst Young and Allstate. John has led cross-functional business and technology teams in building and executing an enterprise Service Management framework to accurately measure and communicate how people and systems deliver services.
John also has successfully developed and implemented a Service Management strategy to simplify service delivery so employees can easily request and share information and integrate with other business units throughout the enterprise.
