Talent & Team Assessments
To conduct our assessments, we use online tools, along with our discovery methods, to develop comprehensive, insightful individual and team evaluations.
For individuals, we highly recommend starting coaching with an assessment. It allows us and the leader being coached to know how they’re wired and provides solid information to use in setting targeted coaching goals.
For teams, we offer a couple of assessments approaches. One provides a combined view of how a team is wired based on a summary of their individual assessments, highlighting collective strengths and areas of opportunity as they relate to goals, as well as detailing insights. We ensure confidentiality regarding individual results.
The other team assessment provides an evaluation of the team’s current leadership effectiveness, focusing on how they work together, communicate, lead others, and deliver.
