ShaCarolyn H. Stephens is a Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University graduate where she studied Molecular and Cellular Biology. Stephens’ educational credentials include a Master’s degree in Positive Psychology with a concentration in Life Coaching. ShaCarolyn has also earned a Master’s degree in Divinity with a triple concentration in Religion and Race, Justice, Peace, and Conflict Transformation, and Formation and Witness from the Candler School of Theology at Emory University.

With nearly two decades of experience in professional coaching and consulting, ShaCarolyn enjoys co-creating innovative ways to assist clients and their organizations in achieving their desired results around the development of people leaders and conflict transformation. Coaching from the intersection of Biology, Psychology, and Theology with a lean toward DE&I, Stephens understands that a total human-centered approach helps leaders better understand and engage diverse teams by first helping them understand how they fit into the team’s landscape and ultimately their organization.

ShaCarolyn is solution-oriented and seeks to identify and formulate a plan to resolve challenges while strategizing ways to mitigate roadblocks to implementing change. ShaCarolyn has coached C-suite leaders at several organizations, which include but are not limited to, PBS, Facebook, Lululemon, Tesla, EY, Anaplan, Starbucks, and Snowflake. ShaCarolyn is an ordained minister equipped to assist faith-based and temporal organizations with building and restructuring infrastructure to ensure perpetuity and prosperity.
