Our work
For 12 years, Pivot has helped leaders and organizations navigate consequential change. Our work began with transformation, people strategy, organizational design and redesign, market repositioning, process improvement, and implementation. It deepened through leadership development, coaching, inclusion, and team capability.
Today, Pivot brings those experiences together through two connected proprietary systems: Crossing Meridians® for leaders and leadership groups, and The Meridian™ for enterprise capability.
