Ron is well‐recognized for his courage and creativity as a senior executive human resources leader, DE&I champion, strategic thinker, and builder of engaged teams. Ron’s 35+ years with Prudential included assignments in the business units, such as Operations, Sales Support and Marketing, and increasingly responsible roles in Human Resources.
Ron previously was the Head of Human Resources for The Prudential Insurance Company’s domestic businesses. In that role, Ron led the Human Resources practice that provides consulting and generalist support to the business units, including Individual Solutions, Workplace Solutions, and Prudential Global Investment Management, as well as the US functional organizations, including Enabling Solutions, Chief Customer Office, Client Management, and Strategic Initiatives.
Ron speaks about the value of diversity and inclusion, and he has spoken at the Essence Fest, The Root, Argyle’s Human Capital Leadership Forum, and the Executive Leadership Foundation. He has been recognized in a variety of publications, including HR Magazine, Black Enterprise, Diversity Journal and Forefront. Ron also received the Eagle Award from the National Eagle Leadership Institute.
Ron is a Dartmouth College alumnus with a major in History. He holds the Senior Professional in HR designation, as well as certificates from the Institute for Applied Management & Law.
