PIVOT GLOBAL LEADER IN THE COMMUNITY

Cynthia Hardy Young, Pivot Global’s CEO & Founder, recently participated in a panel discussion with Tuskegee University students about careers in law and making a difference as a lawyer.  Panelists included attorneys with legal and leadership experience in legal aid services, government, the military, law firms, corporations and entrepreneurship.

Cynthia described how her large law firm and corporate legal roles provided the foundation for her later career choices as a corporate executive and entrepreneur.   She highlighted how her legal career provided the underpinning for her community service, which includes mentoring and board leadership.  Cynthia encouraged the students to connect their legal careers to their passions and to always “play to win.”  She will continue to serve as a resource for the students.
